NO BOOTABLE DEVICES AND BLUE SCREEN?

So I have an Isp 1200. I've had a blue screen about 2 or 3 times now that says it shut down to protect the computer. It says I should disable or remove new hard or software. Something about cacheing or shadowing Bios. What's up with that and how do I fix it. Also I've had a black screen that says there are no bootable devices and to press f1 to try and detect it again or f2 to go to that menu that you can go to if you press f2 before the computer boots up. Any help iis needed and appreciated. Really, any. Thanks in advance.

Reseat the hard drive (remove and replace). If that doesn't fix it, replace the failed drive.
