Partitioning my Dimension E310

is it possible to partition my Dell 160GB+Dell Data Safe Hard Drive? in my computer it shows 2 hard drives C, and H. is it possible to put Windows XP Media On C(Already is) and Windows ME or XP Pro on Drive H???
Id appreciate it :D
I wanted to make sure before i did it and up my dell. I wanted to see if its capable. if it is is there any programs i need to do a successful Partition?

    In the future, by using the Advanced Forum Search on the bottom of this page, you can quite easily find the answer to this often asked question.  Answered dozens of times.
     
    Any change to the partitions will disable Dell PC Restore by Symantec, and the only way to repartition is to reinstall or buy Partition Magic. 
     
    Why on earth would you put ME on a computer voluntarily?  Also, there are few differences between Home and Pro.
