However in your Article number: 000187485, the list which lists the Dell Inspiron desktop computers which have been tested for the update to Windows 11 version 22H2, this model is there.
Your technician's response does not match what is indicated in your information. On the other hand, this update to Windows 11 is offered by all PC manufacturers.
I ask you to tell me how to implement this version.
