The screens changed a bit on these systems depending on which version of idrac firmware that it had. This system has idrac version 2.92 from Jan 2019. With a USB key connected to the front USB port before powering on the system, once in the BIOS screen, I chose Boot Sequence, then Hard-Disk Drive Sequence, which then showed the 2 choices for bootable options.
