I have two PowerEdge 2950's running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.1 and OpenManage Server Administrator 5.3. OMSA is reporting the driver version for the embedded disk controllers (a PERC 6/i on one and a PERC 5/i on the other) is 00.00.03.13 and needs to be at least 00.00.03.10. I went to upgrade the drivers but found that the megaraid_sas-v00.00.03.16-1 RPM was already installed on both servers. Any idea why OMSA is finding/reporting the version that's installed?
