Goverment regulations to access some informaion on the Internet requires an Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). To do this a PC accessing the WAWF needs to have a software program (patch?, support?) labeled Microsoft Cyptographic Programming Interface (Crypto API) Dynamic Linked Library Version 2.0.0.0

I have a Dell PC with XP and SP2. Where can I find, and install, this program? Does this program come with IE 6.0 or can I download from the Internet?

Thanks!
