I have sent you a link to the download to your email on file. The License server for Community Edition is down, and currently I haven’t got an eta for it to be resolved. I don't have access to generate a license.

Hello cloud_lyh,
I have sent you the link to download 5.3.0.0.5.120. . Just so that you are aware the license server is currently not issuing license. We have opened a request to get an eta of when the issue is to be resolved but currently have not gotten an eta.
