Unity VSA Community edition issues
I am struggling to work with the Unity VSA Community edition.
When I download version 5.1, I am unable to apply the XML license. Even if I change the extension to .lic it fails. - The specified license file is invalid. (Error Code:0x2800120)
I am unable to download 5.3, every time I attempt, I end up at a page stating 'Invalid Access'

Me too. Looks like we just have to wait for the problem to be fixed.
Although I don't know if this helps the problem.

I need use this OVA to re-deploy UnityVSA?
In fact, I re-deployed from UnityVSA download page after the SOFTWARE LICENSE REQUEST FORM page was repaired.
I can maybe try again next Monday, with your version.
