hi, i'm having printer problems.  every time i try to print a document the printer and/or computer locks up, might print part of the document, but most of the time none at all, and just keeps pushing new sheets of paper through the printer.  if i open up the printer queue, i see a whole bunch of "dummy documents" in there, in addition to the main one i tried to print.  i reinstalled the printer driver, so i don't think it's that, i'm wondering if it's due to malware.  here is my hjt log.  thank you!
