Let me get this straight, I just downloaded Microsoft's Antispyware program and it seems to constantly hijack my browser and set the home page to
www.msn.com. Is there a setting I cannot find that prevents this from happening? I find it hard to believe that Microsoft's anti-hijacking program actually resets my homepage to something other than what I have previously specified. Any help would be appreciated.
Hmm...I've been using Microsoft Antispyware for a few weeks and it didn't do that to my IE. Have you gone into the IE Tools>Internet Options and reset your homepage to the one you want and then click on OK?
Thanks for the quick reply Jeff. Yeah, I have changed the homepage in the tools menu back to my original page. I have downloaded MS's antispyware program on my father's computer too, and it seems to do the same thing. Strange...... it doesn't seem to do it on a reboot, only does it every day, like its set to change my homepage at mid-night or something. I have adaware and spybot and now MS's tool, and it finds nothing..... so, that made me think it is MS's program, although, I don't know.
