Open replicator thin aware ?
I am migrating some data from VMAX10k using OR hot push to another VMAX10K. I would like whether the OR is thin aware. I am migrating from thin devices to thin devices, will OR taken care of the zero detection. Do I need to reclaim the blank space after the migration.

Hello Wanaka,
The migration tool is a block level transfer tool. So you will need to reclaim/cleanup after the migration. There is a tool i once saw for windows called Sdelete. I believe this has some switch line options to zero out space as well. That could help prior to the migration. I included a link below for you.
