Not yet, I guess it takes time for IT to figure out.

There was a glitch in the points counting system. In another discussion it was said that IT was already working on it, so you should be seeing your points anytime now. And the fact that the counting stopped, doesn’t mean you lost points. They’re simply not represented yet.

I think they have other issues at the moment, since ECN is very sluggish (slow) today. I can’t even connect normally without having to hit F5 a couple of times. I also lost 2 posts in the process, so for now I’m replying by email.

I’d suggest scaling up a bit and add a few servers to balance the workload a bit better.
