Can't edit notification Templates for Unisphere

Hi all,

I am trying to update the notification templates for my VNX systems via Unisphere.

Unfortunately, My only option is to create new or create from another template. I can't edit or delete any templates from the system.

I need to fix this. Is anyone aware of the issue or a workaround for it?

Hi bill,

You need to become in engineering mode (ctrl + shift + F12) but i think i am not autorize to give you the pass code :(

Hi Pascal, where would I input t that key combo? on the sp or on my Unisphere system, etc?

When you navigate through Unisphere interface, you have just to enter this combo of key and a window appear. Enter the passcode.

After buttons will not greyed also.

Hi Pascal, I have found how to access the eng mode but when I put in the passcode nothing happens. no authentication error or message at all.

If you've entered the correct password, the "Mode:" in the screen footer will change to say Engineering.

Thanks Pascal, for whatever reason it did not work yesterday, but it did today!

Thanks Brett, I wasn't sure if I was doing it wrong until I saw the "engineering mode" footer!

**for anyone who runs into the this problem, The passcodes are out there to find if you need them.
