using same IP Interface for CIFS Server and VNX Replicator
It seems possible to have the same IP for CIFS Share and Replication in VNXe but when I use the VNX for File simulator it won't allow me to configure the same IP for both CIFS and Replication, I had to use 2 different IPs.
Is there any possible way to use the same IP for CIFS Server and for VNX Replicator for VNX5200?

Thanks Rainer for your clarification. I tried to do that in the VNX simulator but it doesn't allow me to do so. I used the IP 192.168.81.96 for a CIFS Server and when I try to create a DM Interconnect I cannot select that IP. Could it be that it because of the simulator limitation?

yes - on a VNX5200 you can definitely use the same interface for NFS, CIFS and replication.
