VNX5100/Unisphere "error importing the vcenter"

We installed a VNX5100 (OE: 05.31.000.5.709) with direct FC connection to 2 ESX hosts (dual-port-hba).

During install, we didn't have a vCenter Server (VM) configured yet.

Both ESX hosts were automatically registered in Unisphere, due to the ESX5i parameter "Disk.EnableNaviReg = 1"

Now the virtual machine vCenter Server is ready and we tried to run the "Hypervisor Information Configuration Wizard", but at the end it fails with the message: "Error Importing the vCenter. Virtual Configuration change failed"

i imported my and used a local admin account and it imported sucessfully, we are currently in vcenter 4 and esx3.5 so might be alittle different for esx5i.
