3701 is a SFF. you can only use Dell oem psu at this point for the proprietary 8 pin socket on mobo. high power psu is wider than SFF case, therefore you would not be able to close side panel.
mid level gpu RTX 4070
gpu is two slot width, which means psu has to be installed outside case as the 3710 PCIe x 16 slot is one slot from psu installed inside case
