Hardware failure
Hardware failure critical error,
Error code: 2000-0151
validationcode: 114856
hard drive 1- s/n wn91yrj6, incorrect status= 32
Laptop is just 1yr 4 months old and a hard drive replacement required. Really upset

Hard drives can fail for any of a number of reasons -- design issues, production problem -- or even an errant bump.
Take the opportunity to replace the spinning drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD, which has no moving parts, and in general will be more reliable than a spinning hard drive.
