Go to safe mode, if you don't know how to do it, force reboot in the Dell logo loading screen. Once or twice should do it to force it into recovery mode. In the recovery mode find advanced mode that allow you to go to safe mode.
In the safe mode, Go to Device Manager and disable "Intel Integrated Sensor Solution". Just like that and the problem will go away.
I know it's a temporary solution, but it's either that or reverting back to windows 10.
I think I got a clue, I installed clean windows 11, I did not establish an internet connection and did not install windows update.
I installed the drivers manually from the dell site, (I only downloaded the drivers for the video cards from their site, which is compatible with windows 11)
The problem starts when I install the Intel Integrated Sensor Hub Driver for hardware ID pci/ven_8086&dev_9dfc&subsys_08a71028&rev_30.
Most likely the problem will be fixed when the driver set is updated.
Before I came to this conclusion, I had the same problem in the scenario where I installed the drivers directly via windows update (Intel Sensor Hub) with windows update turned on.
If anyone is seeing this - the same issue affected the Vostro 5581 and the solution was to downgrade the UEFI/BIOS to 2.15.1 (since disabling the Intel Integrated Sensor Solution in Device Manager is temporary and a Major Windows update such as going from 22H2 to 24H2 re-enables it).
As explained, that wasn't the case for me with my Dell Vostro 5581 (I know, different model).
Even though I disabled "Intel Integrated Sensor Solution" in Device Manager when Windows did a feature/major update (e.g. 22H2 to 24H2) it was re-enabled.
Seeing as Windows 11 is about to update to 25H2 - it may just get re-enabled again.
That's why, for me with my Dell Vostro 5581, downgrading the BIOS/UEFI from 2.18.0 to 2.15.1 actually fixed it as I no longer have to disable the "Intel Integrated Sensor Solution" in Device Manager.

Today - 24 April 2026 - starting from the 2.15.1 BIOS that has been used for 6 months now - with no pending Windows updates so they've all been done - I decided to install 2.16.0 (using the Windows installer).
Installation went fine.
Windows booted up fine. Logged in. Left it for a bit. Did a restart. Windows booted up fine. Logged in. Waited. Shut down. Turned it back and Windows booted up fine. All seems to be working.
So then I decided to install 2.17.0
Did everything the same as above.
So all seems to be working on 2.17.0 with the Intel Integrated Sensor Solution still enabled.
Will see how it goes. It might be that to upgrade to BIOS 2.18.0 you need to start at 2.15.1 then 2.16.0 then 2.17.0 and then 2.18.0

For those who still have this problem.
