VPLEX: How to remove an array

We have finished migrating all data off of an older VNX array attached to our VPLEX.  How do I remove the array from the VPLEX itself?  Just delete the zoning definitions that allow the VPLEX to see the array?

Is your logging or metadata volume on this older VNX?

Nope.  That has already been migrated to the new array.

There are currently no devices assigned from the old array to the VPLEX.

That's what I suspected but wanted to confirm it before proceeding.

Thank you for taking the time to investigate and provide the proper answer for me.  I appreciate it.

In discussion with one of our delivery team members

The array will disappear assuming the following is true: 1. The array is completely unzoned from the VPLEX BE. 2. All devices associated with the array have been unclaimed. 3. A Rediscover + forget has been run

I want to use Vplex DM to move luns from Vplex control to non-vplex control . Once the DM is complete, can I just remove the target array and just present those luns to my servers (there should be no meta data on the volume correct ) it should just be the raw data from the soucre lun correct ? Obviously I will un-zone the sever(s) as well
