Retrieve remote connector status internal error
Hello,
We’re encountering the “Retrieve remote connector status internal error” alarm on our VxRail system. According to Dell, this is a known issue covered by KB article 000200357 (https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000200357/dell-emc-vxrail-vxr034020-alarm-remote-connectivity-lost). We followed the remediation steps outlined in the guide, but when we reach Step 3 the “Enable” button remains grayed out, and the error persists.

Since you have tried the steps in the KB to resolve your issue, but your issue still remains, you will need to open a support case to resolve your issue.
