I purchased a  second hand Dell Latitude 7490. On the screen it says "Activate WIndows". I have input 25-key VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T. Then it says i dont have valid digital license and product key. How to solve this? I've asked the first owner, she said she dont have it. Pls help. Thanks.
