ADOBE ACROBAT

I HAVE A DIMENSION 4600 COMPUTER AND AM TRYING TO LOAD ADOBE ACROBAT, HOWEVER IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO DOWNLOAD. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM?

Make sure you are downloading the Adobe Reader, not the full program which costs hundreds of $$$. http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Acrobar Reader is a 18 to 25 mbyte download, what speed is you internet connection.

the new adobe acrobat reader 6.1 does take a while to install.. it is some type of "unpacking" process that it has to go through.. i think the download is about 16 mb's.. here is one link: http://download.com.com/3000-2378-10253179.html?tag=lst-0-2
