Brand new computer already crashed and continuous errors
I just got a new Inspiron 3847 and it crashed with an unexpected error, I tried installing Adobe Design Suite but it has error extracting the files. I tried to create a recovery disk and I also get an error. Dell support will only help if I pay. I have had this for one day. It has Windows 7. I'm not a techie, what do I do?

If bought within 21 days. RETURN it.
