Hello;

I was in the middle of using my computer, In Excel, in a spreadsheet when I noticed the internet access bar went from connected, to not connected / No internet connections are available. I figured the connection had been lost with the Linksys so I reset the Linksys. All other devices in the home (xbox, cell phones, other computers) responded to the reset fine. The Dell Inspiron 15 however, It showed no connection, so I attempted to use the troubleshoot problems option and I received the Blue screen with the DPC watchdog error. 

*Note. Prior to using a USB stick with information on it, I had never had an issue with my computer. I am unsure if these are related as the document I was working on was on the usb stick. 

When I try the troubleshoot problems choice, and find and fix problems with connecting to the Internet or to websites, it goes through the detecting phase...takes me to the "troubleshoot my connection to the Internet" and starts to go through the 'resolving problems' portion then freezes (mouse doesn't move) then DPC Watchdog Violation.

I can't get the computer to at least get online to visit some of these links that are supposed to possibly fix the BSOD.

Please help!!
