Here's the deal; my computer is running very slowly, I have ran all my anti-spyware and anti-virus software (Microsoft Anti-Spyware, Spybot, Adaware, X Blaster, X cleaner , Bazooka, and Norton) and nothing is catching anything. The problem began when I launched Outlook; it opened but froze up (stopped responding) when I tried to open anything. When I closed it, it asked if I wanted to send an error report, so I did. Then it sent me to Microsoft's Office XP Crash Analysis site to download and install the Service Pack for Office XP. I began the installation, but was unable to finish because I can't find the disc.
Since then, my startup takes a good four minutes, Outlook will not respond, and all programs take a good minute to open. I've been told to add memory, but I haven't added any programs that would suddenly cause it to slow down this much. I've increased the total page size to a maximum of 2300 MB (from 1132), run Norton several times, run disk cleanup, defragged the disk, but nothing is helping.

Any ideas or suggestions? Please help.
