When I'm turning on my computer, I first get a question if I want to start Windows in Safemode, Safemode with network, Safemode with only command line, Start Windows with the last working settings or Start Windows normally. No matter what I choose, I get a bluescreen up containing the following:

It's been discovered a problem, and Windows has been shut down to avoid damages on the machine.

If this is the first time you see this error message, restart your computer. If it repeats, do the following.

Deactivate all virus-check programs and back-up making programs. Control the configuration of the hardisk and look after some updated drivers. Run CHKDSK /F to look after harddisk damages, then restart the computer.

I've tried reinstalling Windows by booting from the CD-ROM, but after a while, I get the same error message.

P.S. The error message is written in another language on my computer, and I translated it to English, so I'm not sure it's completely the same, but the meaning is the same and the technical information is the same.
