Can't Load program from A Drive Dell XP Professional

I'm trying to load a simple program of test questions but get the following message when I run A;\Install
 
16 bit windows subsystem
C:\Windows\System 32\autoexec.nt. The system is not suitable for running MS-DOS & Microsft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate.
 
Choices include Close and Ignore. both choices close the window.
 
Any way to load this program?

    See the article at the link below (as well as the sub-links within the article), however, be aware that some older applications just won't run properly under Windows XP.  It's time for some of these software developers to join us in the 21st century.
