Changing home page

I have an inspiron 4100, xp pro, sp2,ie7. Upgrades are all up to date. When I open ie it tries to open www.dellnet.com and this site is imbeded and locked. How can I unlock it and change the home page? Right now every time I change it, as soon as I close options it reverts back to dellnet.com!

    I suspect one of your security applications is blocking you from changing your homepage, but there are other possibilities. See this:

    The newer versions of Norton and Mcafee;s security suites see the changing of a homepage as spyware. There is a setting that ignores this.
