DELL pctune up
when i bought my xps i also bought DELLS pc tune up, however under drivers and downloads theres a new version and it reccomended upgrade as one did it removed the old application and serial and asks for another serial ive tried contacting dell xps techs but they send me back to customer services who then sends me back to tech support anybody got any ideas

Try the Service Tag for your computer as the serial number. If you're unsure of this number you can let the Dell Support page search for it. When you go to Drivers & Downloads it gives you the options of entering by Model, Service Tag or Select from List. After you click on Service Tag it gives you the option to Find My Service Tag. It will search your system for the ST and give you that info. You apparently will need to be using Internet Explorer to do the search. I tried it using Firefox and that is what it told me that I needed to do. Let us know if this helps. Thanks.
