Dell Shut Down

Windows XP. Now I have trouble time from time of getting my PC to turn off. It just freezes when I want to log-off, restart, or shut down.

Run AdAware, check your Device Manager for yellow or red markings next to the drivers, install this download.

It won't hurt you to run cleanup, chkdsk and defrag operations.
