a couple of months ago i foolishly upgraded to "Dell Support 2.0" as recommended by Dell.

 After i did i had all kinds of troubles accessing some programs and other issues.

 I wrote to this forum at that time and knowledgeable folks here said that they were experiencing issues also,so i uninstalled the 2.0 update and everything went back to normal for me.

 

The issue is that every couple of days i get a flag from Dell Support wanting to install the 2.0 update.    So,my question is, has the issues been resolved? 

 

Another question is when i got the update message today i mistakenly clicked on the  update icon,and realizing my mistake, it started to download. I paused the download,but can't cancel

it. I'd like to delete the aborted download. Any advice on how?
