I have a problem with Dell support center.
When I try to open it after few seconds it closes.
I have received some days ago an information to download the new version 2.0.
So I have uninstalled the oldest version (with the above mentioned problem)toghther with "Dell support sw" and installed the new version.
But I always have the same problem.
In the support web site I have found the following article 337888 (journal 080808HLZ7) with the title
« no content displayed on Dell support center »,
Which inform that there is a conflict with Roxio 9.0.
So I have downloaded the patch : IOC64463.exe, for the roxio sw,
uninstalled and installed again dell support center.
But I still have the same problem.
Has anybody had the same problem ? Can somebody help me
