I can not download my Tax Forms from a Fidelity web site. I get a message saying that "There is a problem. Try again." But my detailed statements do download. I have a Dimension 8250 Windows XP. I have no problem downloading from someone elses PC running on Windows 2000. I disabled my McAfee anti virus. Still can not download tax forms. SP 2 installed on my PC. Any suggestions.
