drivers and utilities disc

when i bought my dell inspiron 530 desktop windows vista home premium,
it came with 2 discs. one says operating system (already installed on your computer. for vista)
and the other one says
drivers and utilities.
dell also gave me a windows xp professional service pack 2 disc (operating system)
what i want to know is that if i install the windows xp professional disc, can i use the drivers and utilities disc too for the xp?

i have inserted the drivers disc and opened it and there are windows xp folders.
i get win2k_xp, winxp with intel inside etc

Suppose you doesn't need install the Driver if you reload the Vista, because the Vista include the most Devices Driver...And if you install the Windows XP, and then you need install the Driver(Resource CD) which follow this system...

You could possibly use the driver disk, the better way would be to go to the Dell drivers site HERE and get the latest version of the drivers.

If you do decide to swith to XP, (why is another story. i like vista very much) you will need to follow the instructions listed HERE
