Earthlink Total Access won't install
I have a new (week old) E510. I had installed Earthlink Total Access on it and everything was fine until after I migrate files from my ole computer to the new computer using IntelliMover software. Ii could not access Earthlink so tried to install it again. The progress line stops about 3/8 inch from the end. I tried to add/remove it and it freezes, can't cancel, can't close on the X cann't do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions.
- System Restore on the computer with the problem??
Start--All programs--accessories--system tools---System Restore
Restore to a time before you had trouble.
Don't transfer programs from one pc to another, use the installers for each program on the newer computer.
Those are my only thoughts.
