I'm experiencing an error message when I shut down my computer. My computer is a Inspiron 1520 which I just purchased in November. I've loaded a few programs onto it like Office and a Canon digital camera program and Firefox. The error message that appears is either: Explorer.exe or ccAP.exe followed by words "The instruction at 0x001dad0 referenced memory @ 0x0010dad0. The memory could not be written." However, the error message doesn't always appear when I shut down. Windows XP Service Pack 2 is the operating system. Any guidance on solving this problem would be most appreciated. Thanks!
