I contacted dell tech last week because i was having trouble with my OS. the problem was fixed and now i am unable to sign on to any secure sites...when i try to, i get the error message above. i have checked my LAN settings, cookies, connection security...and i dont know what to do. i am using cable connection and i have made sure that the "dial..." button is deselected. everything else with my connection is fine. this is incredibly frustrating.

please help!
