Expresscard hotplug working?

Anyone using Vista on an Inspiron e1505/6400? Or probably any system with an Expresscard slot, but thats the laptop/BIOS I have. On the A12 (latest) or earlier BIOS's, Dell has not implemented the correct BIOS function that is supposed to allow for the proper use of pci-express hotplug devices.

My question, has anyone with Vista tried a pci-express expresscard in their system and did it correctly hotplug? Hotplug, meaning while the system is up and powered on you plugged it into the slot.

My memory card slots are working (SD cards etc) if thats what you're talking about. Its the Ricoh drivers that showed up on windows update not to long ago.

No, I am not talking about the SD/MMC slot. I am talking about the Expresscard slot. It is the slot like area on the right side of the system just in front of the SD/MMC and Audio ports.

There is an image a short ways down the page from where this takes you.
