Hey there.

I have a kind-of-big-kind-of-small problem. I have a Dell XPS 15 L501X and I would like to factory reset my system. The fact is, I've tried the "Press F8 and go into your advanced settings" thing before and it used to work. But at around the start of the year whenever I try to reset go into these settings the option for 'Dell Datasafe Local Backup' is not there. Is it possibly because I have uninstalled Datasafe before and it has removed my factory reset files?
