font name and size
when I go to type an email and I want to change the font name & size, it always flips back to the same style (not the one I've chosen) I have tried everything following the "Dell help and support" section but nothing works. Also ran the Outlook Express troubleshooter. How can I correct this?

Is Outlook Express set to send email in plain text or html? You need to set it to html.
