Help and Support Page

xp help and support page on my Dell computer does not display "Ask for assistance" or "Pick a task" option , only Dell links.Friend's Dell w/xp does show the options. Can page be changed to show "Ask for Assistance" & "Pick a Task"?

    Are you viewing the classic view or the Windows XP view? Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Taskbar and Start Menu, click on Start Menu tab. Do you have Start Menu or Classic Start Menu? Try changing them and changing it back to see it is shows up.
