Internet Explorer Script Error, Error in loading DLL

When booting up I get the following error, it also pops up periodically while I'm working. I feel it has to do with the desktop loading or refreshing, but can't be sure.

An error has occured in the script on this page.
Line:  30
Char:  3
Error:  Error in loading DLL
Code:  0
URL:  file:///C:/Program%20Files/Dell%20Support%20Center/sscommon/common/inc/ss_shellinclude.js

I have noticed I am not the only one experiencing thisproblem but I have not seen a resolution. I see work arounds, but disabling things without fully knowing what you are disabling is not a good practice. I am a web developer and turning off script errors is not an option, and disabling Dell Support is also not a good idea.

Is there a solution for this without disabling anything. This suddenly started about 3 weeks ago and it is annoying. I beleive is was after I updated with SP1 (or 2, can't remember), but I'm not positive.

fyi, I am running Windows Vista Home.
