I've messed up my Latitude

I'm traveling for business and have attempted to update my Windows 2000 while "on the road." Second mistake.  The first was in not getting some disks to back up the system.

I tried to pull the Service Pack 4 down from Microsoft and install.  My system has locked up and now I can't even get it to actually startup -- even in safe mode (it keeps rebooting itself).

I think it's beyond my capabilities here -- anyone know of a reputable shop in York, Pennsylvania where I can take it and hopefully get it fixed before I leave town?

Or, in Indianapolis, IN, and I'll get it fixed when I get home.  At that point, I could also ship it back to Dell and have them fix my boo-boo.

Thanks!

Read here, this will work if you have the Windows 2000 CD.

Thanks -- I don't have it with me ... and of course, it's in one of those "I'll have to find that safe place I put it" when I get home.

    Thanks for the input!
