Java Runtime Environment

I was having trouble with Java so I deleted it and re-intalled it. When I go to Yahoo games a message comes up saying that I already have Java running when I don't. How do I fix this problem?

    First confirm if its installed.

Could be a corrupt install. What I do in such saituations is go to start>searech files and folders>search for java and delete everything.

I than go to start>explorer>c:/program files and delete everything pertaing to java.

I would than run ccleaner and use the registry button to remove any invalid entries pertaing to java, than run the cleaner button.I use the slim build which has no yahoo tool bar and is english only.

Reboot, than install Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 3

Than confirm with first link provided above.
