Microsoft AntiSpywar not working
I have windows xp home. I have 2 user accounts on the computer. The 2 accounts have administrator access
Account “A” does not have a password. I have Microsoft AntiSpyware on account “A”. Account “B” has a password. I tried to run Microsoft AntiSpyware on “B” it poped up the error message “Unexpected error, quitting.” And did not run. When I set up the 2 accounts I have it so if I’m on account “B” I can access everying on account “A” and if I’m on account “A” I cannot access anything on accont “B”. When I tried to install Microsoft AntiSpyware on account “B” it poped up the error message “Error 1904.Module C\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\gcAntiSpywareLibrary.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147220473. Contact your suppor personnel.” The next error message was “Error 1904.Module C\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\gcASPrivacyLib.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147220473. Contact your suppor personnel.” How can I make Microsoft AntiSpyware work on account “B” Help anyone? Please email me at light9boldt@aol.com Thank you.
