MS Visual C++Runtime Library

My IE browser works fine, but in another user's IE browser you can't get on the net.  This message appears:  This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.  Please contact the application's support team for more information.  The problem is only with IE.  I have no problem using Mozilla Firefox.

My Dell runs Win XP
                     Intel Pentium 4 processor @ 2.40 GHz with 256 MB of RAM

Can someone help me understand what this error message means and how can I correct the problem?

    I just started to have the same problem.    The Tech recomended to do a system restore to a date when the problem was not occurring.  I did, but still having the same issue.

    I will be calling them again to see if there are any other options to fix.

    Thank you all for the advice.  I went back and found that IE works fine now, at least as far as this particular problem.
