I have the following .NET Framework error when Vista loads. After login while my Skype, Gmail notifier and whatnot loads I get the following error:

 

Unhandled exception has occured in you application. If you click Continue,
the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click
Quit, the application will close immediately.

 

Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A003E

 

The error is visible for about a second and I don't have time to click any buttons.

 

I have an M1330 running a fully patched version of Vista. I didn't think the problem would affect me but I have to use some software called NinjaTrader which won't work becuase of the .NET Framework not running properly.

 

I have uninstalled and re-installed the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and the offending software but it's still not working.

 

Any ideas or assistance would be gratefully appreciated.
