New windows Vista Dimension E521 has a pop up window problem.

Everytime I log on and the screen loads a window pops up that provides me no way of getting rid of it and nothing to click on within the screen.  It is called "toolbar EULA".  From what I gather, it is a welcome screen for Dell that talks about several useful Google products that come pre-installed on the computer.
I have used the task manager to get rid of it while I'm on, but that is a temporary fix.
Any idea on how to fix this would be helpful.

Hi read this link { toolbar EULA } and see if it will work for you.
    I think it will.

Or this one it is direct and to the point.

Open Windows Defender click on the tools tab, Software Explorer on the drop down menu choose startup programs look for EULA in there when you find it click on it and in the right window next to it click remove. This will remove it from the startup program task.

Also try ctrl alt delete click task manager this shows the processes running look also for EULA or the like in there.

    Hi Nigel
I see you came over from the other news group ,
if what you try will not work you can read the link that i posted above under this

     { {Or this one it is direct and to the point.}}

And it will give you the info with pictuers on how to do it .
Some say you can remove the tool bar and it will go away
but others say thay tried it and that did not work.
there are ways to fix it if you read up on it.
    Good luck

Thanks all for the replies and links.

I will try hitting 'Enter' when it appears incase there is a 'hidden' Accept option. Otherwise I will run msconfig and remove the Ecenter from the Startup tab.

    Thanks again
