HI, guys

my ntfs.sys is missing. I tried but couldn't copy it from my CD. Is it related to my XP version? my windows XP is Windows XP Media Center Editon 2005 with Update rollup 2.

I operated like this:

 

cd \windows\system32\drivers [Press the ENTER Key]
 
  ren ntfs.sys ntfs.old [Press the ENTER Key]
 
  copy D:\i386\ntfs.sys C:\windows\system32\drivers

 

The system said, the file can't be copied. that means it is there, but can't be copied? why?

How can I do next? Some  one here can give some instructions? thanks alot.
