Ordinal 508 LIBEAY32.dll error

:smileysad: When I turn my computer on I get an error message that says "Ordinal 508 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll.  Along with  an error tgcmd.exe err.  How do I fix this??  This all started when I tried to install an ethernet cable for my dsl.  I'm not computer savvy so make the solution easy please.

Thank you.

If you installed any software for that cable DSL, go to add-remove programs and uninstall it. You do not need their software to access the internet.

:smileysad:tried that it didn't work.  Maybe I should explain that at the top of the box that I get the message error I get these 2 messages (in different boxes) tgcmd.exe - ordinal not found and _TgCommander_tgcmd.exe ordinal not found. with the "ordinal 508 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll.  So whatelse can I do to get rid of this message.

I did do a Google search on this and some guy said they had the problem and they deleted the following from his registery "c:\programfiles\support.com\bellsouth\hcenter.exe\starthidden\tgcmdwrapper"  But like I said earlier I'm not computer savvy so I don't know how to go to my registry to see if it is even there to try and delete it.   Please Please Please can you help me.  Thanks.
